The ability to create and develop interesting, relatible visuals and characters for complicated, serious subject matter is something Bendell always works hard at and takes great pride in. He feels it's important to tell the visual story in a compelling manner that breaks through the clutter and reaches out to the viewer. This isn't always easy with some difficult subjects. The fact that he's received so many honors for his work involving serious subject matter such as medical and healthcare is a testament to his creativity, skill and sensitivity.

Whenever possible, Norm loves collaborating with his clients. Learning about their business and goals helps him focus his work to create work that best serves their interests.
